In 2015 Ben Spargo joined the company to expand the business into the Melbourne market and deliver on their promises of personal service and high quality product.
Having honed his skills from young age in the family businesses Ben left the family to expand his knowledge doing a 10 year stint with Melbourne’s premier caterer Peter Rowland Catering.
With a passion for functions, Ben’s speciality comes in menu options for functions large and small and the requirements caters have in budgeting appropriately for their offerings along with an understanding for hospitality problem solving as the customer is always right.
