Meat2Please was established in 2013 by the Spargo Family to provide high quality meat distribution across the Mornington Peninsula to hospitality venues both large and small.
Having owned and operated some of Melbourne’s most renowned hospitality venues included Spargo’s in Richmond, the family has over 50 years experience in the hospitality industry and understands the pressure business owners and chefs are under to deliver the best produce to satisfy the customer but at a cost effective price to their business.
The world of meat wholesaling is ever changing, with fluctuating meat prices due to the overseas demand for Australian meat coupled with the modern day menu which means chefs need to be thinking about developing new dishes and re-inventing old ones to stay relevant in today’s market.
